Jason joined Structura in 1999 and has since served as Principal in Charge for a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple market sectors throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond. As a key member of Structura’s management team, he plays an integral role in the firm’s strategic planning and oversees all aspects of its engineering operations.
In addition to his leadership at Structura, Jason is deeply committed to advancing the field of engineering through education. He currently serves as an adjunct professor in The Clark School of Engineering at the University of Maryland and The Whiting School of Engineering at Johns Hopkins University. Previously, he taught Advanced Structures in The School of Architecture and Planning at The Catholic University of America. Jason’s expertise, combined with his dedication to mentoring the next generation of engineers, underscores his commitment to innovation and excellence in structural engineering.
An active contributor to the structural engineering community, Jason is involved in several esteemed industry associations. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), and the Coalition of American Structural Engineers (CASE). He also participates in initiatives led by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering & Surveying (NCEES), reflecting his dedication to advancing professional standards and practices in the field.
