Structura was pleased to collaborate with Hickok Cole and Comstock Partners on the design and construction of the BLVD Reston Station building, a prominent mixed-use development located along Metro's Silver Line. This 20-story transit-oriented building features 450 residential units and 720 parking spaces, built over a WMATA transit garage, creating a vibrant, commuter-friendly community.

Project scope involved playing a key role in designing the superstructure, which includes a combination of post-tensioned concrete flat plates and conventionally reinforced concrete flat slabs. The building also incorporates a large transfer structure at the base of the residential parking levels, designed to accommodate bus access to the Metro areas below. Additional features of the project include retail spaces at the plaza level, a rooftop swimming pool, and a clubhouse on the 10th floor, all supported by a robust structural framework that ensures both functionality and architectural integrity.
