Structura is thrilled to partner with Perseus-TDC and BCT Design Group on The Six at University Town Center in Hyattsville, MD. This mixed-use, affordable housing development comprises seven stories and covers 400K SF, with at least 75% of units dedicated to low- and middle-income households.

Apart from the residences, the development also boasts 2K SF of ground-floor retail, a 276-space above-ground garage, and 21K+ SF of community-centered amenity spaces, including a rooftop pool, terrace with fireplaces and grilling stations, recreational space, dual-level fitness center, and courtyard. The Six will be the City of Hyattsville and Prince George’s County’s first multi-family development designed to meet the National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Gold certification.
