Structura was proud to provide structural engineering services for Roberts Residences, a 15-story mixed-use affordable housing development for So Others Might Eat (SOME). Designed in collaboration with Eric Colbert & Associates, the building features 139 residential units, with amenities and support spaces on the lower levels. The concrete-framed structure incorporates cast-in-place concrete slabs, with foundations designed as shallow spread footings, and Structura’s expertise ensured a cost-efficient, high-quality structural design, supporting SOME’s mission to provide stable housing for DC’s vulnerable populations.
