Structura proudly collaborated with Studio //3877 on tenant improvements to deliver a new ground-level space for Atlas Brew Works at the Carlye Crossing development. Project scope included a new slab-on-grade design for heavily loaded manufacturing and storage areas, structural façade support for storefront glazing and infill framing at three 28’W x 19’-4”H exterior openings using steel post-and-beam or hung framing with light-gauge infill, and support for a Nanawall storefront system on one façade. Structura also designed MEP equipment support suspended from the existing floor above, analyzing its capacity, with reinforcement excluded from the base scope.
