Structura was proud to collaborate with Cooper Carry and The JBG Companies on the design and construction of 800 N Glebe Road, a 10-story, 316K SF Class A office and retail complex located in the highly sought-after Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor, with convenient access to Washington, .C. The building sits atop an underground parking garage that connects with the adjacent 900 N Glebe Road.

Project scope encompassed providing structural engineering solutions to support the building’s distinctive undulating glass façade, which features a “sail” curtainwall system and canopy. These elements were designed to honor the site’s history as the former location of Bob Peck Ford. The building was also designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, aligning with sustainable building practices and eco-efficient goals.
