Jeff brings 18 years of structural engineering expertise to the greater Washington, DC, and Baltimore metro areas. His specialties encompass steel and concrete design, renovation projects, and the development of temporary structures. In addition to his design work, Jeff conducts quality assurance reviews to ensure that all projects adhere to Structura’s rigorous standards for design, documentation, and technical excellence.
As an active member of Structura’s Technical Engineering Committee, Jeff plays a key role in advancing the firm’s engineering practices and spearheads many of its Continuing Education initiatives. His commitment to professional growth extends beyond Structura, reflected in his membership with the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Jeff’s achievements include being honored with the ACI Award (Maryland Chapter) for his exceptional work on the Carroll County Hospital Center Parking Garage. His dedication to innovation and quality continues to strengthen Structura’s reputation as a leader in the structural engineering industry.
