Structura proudly collaborated with Cooper Carry to deliver The Regent (950 N Glebe Road), a 12-story, 263K SF mixed-use development at the gateway to Arlington’s Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor. Featuring state-of-the-art office space and vibrant street-level retail, the building’s design is highlighted by an award-winning lobby with a striking red leather wall and intricate stone flooring.

Our scope included the design of a three-level underground parking garage, a steel-framed superstructure with concrete slab-on-metal deck floors, and a high-performance building envelope with a glass curtain wall and precast panels. A lateral force-resisting system with five braced frames ensured the building met stringent structural requirements. The Regent achieved LEED-NC Silver Certification through sustainable practices, including recycling 50% of construction waste and sourcing 20% of materials regionally. This project exemplifies Structura’s ability to deliver innovative, sustainable engineering solutions for landmark developments.
