Structura was pleased to collaborate with FOX Architects on the design and construction of a new office space for The Bozzuto Group, a leading real estate services organization. The project focused on creating an integrated, collaborative environment that fosters interaction across the company's work groups, addressing the limitations of the previous office layout that separated key departments.

Project scope involved playing a pivotal role in the design of a communicating stair, a central feature of the new office. Described by the architect as “the literal connection of all the groups and individuals that make up Bozzuto,” the stair serves as both a functional and visual anchor for the space, enhancing connectivity while also acting as a primary wayfinding element to guide traffic throughout the office. Structura's work ensured that this dynamic feature seamlessly integrated into the office's overall design, supporting both the company’s culture and its operational needs.
