Structura was proud to serve as the structural engineer of record for a four-unit retail pad building in Prince George’s County, designed as part of a broader initiative to transform an underdeveloped stretch of suburban roadway into a vibrant, urban environment. Located on a prominent corner of an existing retail shopping center, the new steel-framed building features a modern design with colored masonry, expansive glass openings, and striking glass "towers" at each corner, all of which contribute to a bold visual presence along the street.
