In Phase I, Structura contributed to the creation of an 80-unit residential building with ground-floor retail and below-grade parking. The building's sleek design and structural integrity set the stage for the subsequent development. Phase II involved the addition of a new mixed-use, multi-family building connected to Phase I, featuring 40 more residential units, retail spaces, and a striking open-air rooftop amenity with a penthouse level. Structura’s expertise in structural engineering ensured the seamless integration of these two phases, optimizing space and functionality while maintaining the aesthetic and design vision for both phases of this dynamic urban development.
