Structura was honored to work with OTJ Architects on the execution of their tenant improvement designs at The Army and Navy Club, located in DC's Golden Triangle neighborhood. Project scope entailed adding a new 12th-floor amenities space and penthouse to provide meeting and entertaining areas for building tenants, plus adding a new monumental stair and elevator lift floor opening to create a seamless flow between levels. The new penthouse space (previously maintained storage) was transformed to create an inside area with new wall openings to capitalize on incredible city views and easy access to the newly renovated roof terrace.
