Structura was honored to collaborate with OTJ Architects on the tenant improvement designs for The Army and Navy Club, located in DC’s vibrant Golden Triangle neighborhood. Project scope involved the addition of a new 12th-floor amenities space and penthouse, enhancing the club’s offerings with modern meeting and entertaining areas for its tenants.

As part of the renovation, Structura worked on the design and installation of a new monumental stair and elevator lift floor opening, creating a seamless flow between levels. The previously underutilized penthouse space, originally designed for storage, was transformed into a stylish, functional area with new wall openings that maximize stunning city views. Additionally, easy access was provided to the newly renovated roof terrace, further elevating the building's amenities. Structura’s team ensured the structural integrity and efficiency of these additions, seamlessly integrating the new design with the existing building framework.
