Xceleron US Headquarters provides bioanalyitical services for accelerated early drug development. Structura was pleased to collaborate with DNC Architects, with scope of work involving tenant improvements that included surveying and analyzing existing conditions, coordinating with mechanical, architectural team members, preparing construction documents, reviewing sub-contractor bids, and remaining active in construction administration throughout the construction phase.

Additional scope included facilitating installation of new rooftop mechanical equipment (including an emergency generator), as well as new operable partition interior “window” walls and increased support for new carrier units.
