Structura was proud to collaborate with Rust | Orling on the design and construction of Sunrise of Old Town, a premier senior living community located in the historic district of Alexandria, VA, playing a crucial role in ensuring the project’s structural integrity while maintaining the building’s compatibility with the surrounding environment. The development features 91 suites for assisted living and memory care residents, alongside 80K SF of thoughtfully designed green space. A key component of the project was the construction of an underground parking garage with 54 parking spaces, along with a designated area for resident pick-up and drop-off.
