Structura, Inc. partnered with JHP Architecture/Urban Design to deliver a series of newly constructed residential and community buildings at the Woodleigh Chase senior living community. This project represents a holistic approach to senior living, combining modern architectural aesthetics with functionality and structural integrity tailored to the needs of its residents.
Scope of Work
Serving as Structural Engineer of Record, Structura provided comprehensive design and engineering solutions for multiple buildings, including:
- Residential Facilities: Multi-story apartments designed with open layouts, providing accessibility and comfort for senior residents. The designs incorporated structural systems to support expansive common areas and private living spaces.
- Community Amenities: Shared facilities, including dining halls, fitness centers, and activity spaces, engineered to foster social interaction while adhering to stringent safety standards.
