Structura collaborated with DCS Design on the development of Oakcrest School's expanded campus in McLean, VA, serving the private girls' institution for grades 6-12. The project’s Phase 1 scope involved supporting the site development of athletic fields, tennis courts, and various substantial improvements, including key facilities such as a chapel, multi-purpose hall and dining area, library, science labs, outdoor classrooms, art studio, music and computer labs, common areas, and a theater. All structures were designed with sustainability in mind, achieving LEED Silver certification across the 100K SF campus.

In Phase 2, Structura provided essential structural support for the 26K SF, two-story Athletic Center addition. The scope included integrating structural solutions for a new gymnasium, training facilities, and educational rooms, ensuring a seamless connection to the existing campus. Structura’s expertise in structural design and engineering allowed for the creation of safe, durable spaces that enhanced both athletic and academic experiences, delivering long-term value and functionality to Oakcrest School’s campus.
