Structura collaborated with JPRA Architects on the tenant improvements for an existing eleven-story steel-framed office and retail building in Reston Town Center, Virginia. The project focused on transforming the first floor to accommodate the new North Italia restaurant. Structura’s role included providing structural support for the renovations, ensuring the design met both functional and aesthetic requirements while maintaining the integrity of the existing structure. The successful completion of this project enhanced the building's commercial appeal and contributed to the vibrancy of Reston Town Center.
