As the Structural Engineer of Record, Structura partnered with DCS Design to successfully deliver a new civic and retail building in Manassas Park, VA, on behalf of the City of Manassas and Norton Scott. The project consists of a three-story civic building, encompassing 51K SF, which houses key municipal spaces including City Hall, a library, retail/restaurant areas, and office space. In addition to the civic building, the project includes a stand-alone, one-story retail building covering 7K SF, bringing the total project footprint to 58K SF.

Structura’s role included providing comprehensive structural design services, ensuring the building’s integrity and efficiency across various functions. The design seamlessly integrates civic, commercial, and public spaces, contributing to the city’s growth while enhancing its architectural and functional appeal. The new facility is set to serve as a dynamic community hub, supporting both governmental and retail activities in the heart of Manassas Park.
