As the structural engineer of record for The Fitzgerald project in Baltimore's vibrant cultural district, Structura played a pivotal role in supporting the redevelopment of this 7-acre site, which lies between two universities and performing arts institutions, near the Mount Royal light rail stop. The development includes 280 residential units, 14K SF of ground-level retail and dining, and a substantial parking garage with capacity for 1,245 vehicles, serving both the project and the surrounding community.
