Structura is honored to collaborate with Moseley Architects and Erickson Senior Living on the continued development of the $300M, 94-acre Avery Point Senior Living community in Richmond, VA. This expansive project encompasses the design and construction of multiple senior living buildings, which will ultimately provide over 1,500 independent living apartments, alongside 240 units dedicated to assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.

In addition to the residential components, Structura's scope includes the integration of 115K SF of community space spread across commons buildings, residential buildings, and communal hubs, fostering a vibrant and connected environment for residents. A 5K SF sales and marketing center is also part of the development. Structura’s team worked closely with the project team to ensure the structural design meets the needs of this large-scale, multi-phase development while maintaining the highest standards of safety, accessibility, and long-term durability for its residents.
