Liberty Mountain Resort acquired the Carroll Valley Golf Course and its facilities to expand the resort's offerings and create a four-season destination, complementing the well-known Ski Liberty. Structura is partnering with Baltimore-based architects Brown Craig Turner to design a new clubhouse and conference center that will serve as a premier venue for weddings, meetings, and various events.

The new facility features a grand event room, meeting rooms, an indoor pool, hotel rooms, and two restaurants. With a focus on expansive glazing throughout, the design maximizes views of the Carroll Valley Golf Course and surrounding landscape. The project is valued at $20M and aims to enhance the resort’s appeal as a high-end destination.
