Structura was proud to serve as the structural engineer of record for Liberty Mountain Resort’s new clubhouse and conference center, designed to expand the resort's offerings and support its transformation into a four-season destination. Collaborating with Brown Craig Turner Architects, Structura provided comprehensive structural engineering services to deliver a facility that enhanced the resort’s appeal as a premier venue for events, meetings, and leisure activities.

The new clubhouse and conference center featured a grand event room, meeting spaces, an indoor pool, hotel accommodations, and two restaurants. Structura’s scope of work included the design and engineering of the building’s structural systems, ensuring that the facility could support large-scale events and a variety of amenities. With the project’s emphasis on expansive glazing, Structura also ensured the design accommodated extensive glass features to provide stunning views of the Carroll Valley Golf Course and the surrounding landscape.
