Eastgate Shopping Center is a 103K SF retail center located in Richmond, VA's Heckler Village. The project included the structural design of three new single-story steel-framed buildings: an 80K SF junior anchor building, a four-unit building totaling 16K SF for small shops, and a 7K SF standalone small shops building. All three structures feature steel framing with bar joists and non-load-bearing light-gauge metal framing for the exterior walls.
