Structura was pleased to partner with TG+P on the design and construction of a beautiful new, 50K SF multi-family residential building, located in DC's Capitol Hill neighborhood. Bonéval is a mid-rise condominium building featuring classic architectural design, finished with upscale modern touches. Project scope included demolition of the existing vacant building on site to make way for the four-story structure that now offers 40 units and one level of below-grade parking.
