In partnership with Moseley Architects, this project involved the design and construction of the new Ashby Ponds Senior Living Community on behalf of Erickson Senior Living in Ashburn, VA to provide healthy living amenities for Independent Living residents. Combined, the three new buildings include 213 residential units, 77K SF of below-grade garage parking, community and reception areas, a fitness center and locker rooms, plus a pool, café, salon, library, and various support spaces. The project also features a pedestrian bridge linking the 2nd Floor of Building 3.2 and Building 3.3, for a total footprint of 467K SF.
