In collaboration with Moseley Architects, Structura provided structural engineering services for the design and construction of the new Ashby Ponds Senior Living Community in Ashburn, VA, developed for Erickson Senior Living. The project aims to provide top-tier amenities and healthy living options for Independent Living residents.

Spanning three new buildings, the community includes 213 residential units and 77K SF of below-grade garage parking. The development also features a range of community spaces, including a fitness center with locker rooms, a pool, café, salon, library, and various support areas designed to enhance residents' well-being. A key design element is the pedestrian bridge connecting the second floors of Buildings 3.2 and 3.3, which improves circulation across the campus. With a total footprint of 467K SF, the project reflects Structura's commitment to providing a robust and efficient structural design that supports the long-term function and comfort of the community.
