Structura provided comprehensive structural solutions for the building’s complex mixed-use programming. The project’s highlights include a rooftop terrace with unparalleled views of the James River and downtown Richmond, an infinity pool, and an expansive collection of Electric Vehicle charging stations—the largest in the Mid-Atlantic. Structura’s scope encompassed the design of structural systems to support diverse features, including gourmet kitchens, a dog park, outdoor patios, and an office rooftop terrace.
