Structura was proud to collaborate with Hord Coplan Macht to design and construct Matson Mill, a newly built residential development in Conshohocken, PA that offers prime views of the Schuylkill River and convenient access to a nearby SEPTA regional rail station. The development features 276 market-rate apartments and 310 parking spaces, strategically designed to maximize views from the residential units and integrate with outdoor amenities overlooking the river.

Project scope included the structural design of the building above a below-grade parking garage, ensuring a seamless connection to the surrounding open spaces while maintaining the structural integrity of the unique, riverfront property. The team’s expertise helped deliver a functional, aesthetically pleasing, and efficient design that aligns with the site’s dynamic layout and urban context.
