Structura was honored to serve as the structural engineer of record for Faraday Park West, a dynamic multi-use development designed in collaboration with MV+A Architects and Rooney Properties. This seven-story building spans 278,500 square feet and includes six levels of residential units, a ground-floor retail space, and a detached parking garage with a 415-vehicle capacity.

Project scope encompassed the design and detailing of a complex structural system that supports the building’s varied uses, ensuring that the residential and retail components were integrated seamlessly with the parking garage. Our team carefully considered the structural load requirements for the building's mixed-use functions, addressing challenges such as load transfer between the retail and residential levels and the design of an efficient, durable parking structure.

The project also involved careful coordination with the architect and other consultants to address specific site conditions and to meet the stringent design requirements for the development.
