Structura was proud to serve as the structural engineer of record for Brightview West End, a seven-story senior living community located in the heart of Rockville Town Center. This project transformed a former grocery store site into a modern, urban infill development, offering 194 one- and two-bedroom apartments with independent living, assisted living, and memory care services.

The 268K SF building includes a 13K SF outdoor amenity deck and 43K SF of underground parking, providing residents with easy access to nearby dining, shopping, and other amenities. The design features a green roof, alongside sustainable building practices to promote environmental responsibility. Structura’s engineering expertise helped bring this dynamic, multi-use building to life, contributing to the community’s vibrant urban setting while ensuring structural integrity and long-term sustainability.
