Structura was proud to serve as the structural engineer of record for Brightview Wayne, a modern mid-rise community located along the sought-after Main Line in suburban Philadelphia. This 85,000 SF facility offers a diverse range of living options, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care apartments. The complex features 171 apartment homes, with 96 Independent Living units, 50 Personal Care units, and a 25-unit Memory Care neighborhood.

Designed to complement the aesthetic of the surrounding community, the architecture of Brightview Wayne reflects the charm of the quaint homes found throughout the area. The project integrates seamlessly with its surroundings, while providing an array of amenities for residents, including multiple dining venues, a theatre, a bar, activity rooms, and lounges. A standout feature is the Wellspring Village© Memory Care amenity, which is centered around a secure rooftop outdoor healing garden, offering a peaceful and therapeutic space for residents. Project scope involved the comprehensive design and engineering of the structural elements, ensuring that the facility's design provided both comfort and safety while maintaining the high aesthetic standards of the community.
