Structura was pleased to serve as the structural engineer of record for 1110 Key Federal Hill, a newly constructed mixed-use development designed by Hord Coplan Macht for Bainbridge Companies. Located near Baltimore’s Digital Harbor High School at the intersection of Covington Street and Key Highway, this eight-story building features 224 residential units, including traditional townhomes with marble front stoops and apartment units spread across seven floors.

The development also incorporates three levels of underground parking, providing space for 227 parking spots to serve residents and visitors. Structura’s team provided comprehensive structural engineering services, ensuring a robust and efficient design to support the building's unique layout and urban setting.
