Mike brings over 22 years of expertise in structural design, specializing in both new construction and the renovation of existing buildings across the DC Metropolitan area. Before joining Structura, he worked at Vitro Corporation, where he focused on structural evaluations and the design of elevated steel towers and support structures for Naval Training Schools. His role also included analyzing the impact of weather-related deterioration on existing structures. As an Associate Principal at Structura, Mike leads many of the firm’s largest and most complex projects, providing team oversight and ensuring top-tier quality control. He also plays a key role in shaping internal design policies, standards, and protocols to maintain excellence across all projects.
Mike is an avid collector of vinyl records and can be found on weekend mornings scouring the DC area flea markets and garage sales searching for that next rare find.
