Structura was pleased to collaborate with MV+A Architects on the design development and construction of 275 N Washington Street, a new 65K SF mixed-use office and retail building with 21,500 SF of below-grade parking. Located in a high-density area between Hungerford Road and N Washington Street, adjacent to Rockville Town Square and just one block from the Rockville Metro Station, this project represents the first of many to emerge in the area. The building features two floors of space, including 15K SF of retail space and a bank on the ground floor, and 15K SF of business offices on the second floor. Structura provided structural engineering support throughout the project, ensuring the seamless integration of the building’s design and functionality.
