Scope of work included engineering the structural components to accommodate key features like central escalators and elevators, which connect the store to the below-grade parking garage, ensuring seamless customer flow and access.

Given the high-traffic nature of the store, with its direct service to the surrounding businesses and multi-family residential units above, Structura’s team carefully engineered the vertical connections to meet safety, accessibility, and durability standards, while enhancing the overall customer experience.
