As the structural engineer of record for the Broad + Washington project in downtown Falls Church, VA, Structura provided structural design for this transformative mixed-use development. Featuring a Whole Foods Market, street-level retail, and a new home for the Creative Cauldron Theatre, the project integrates residential units, including affordable housing, around a central public plaza along Broad Street. Structura’s expertise supported a seamless blend of commercial, residential, and cultural spaces, creating a vibrant new community hub that addresses the area’s housing shortage and enhances local amenities.
