Structura was proud to serve as the structural engineer of record for Hickok Cole and Gumenick Properties in the design and construction of Wellsmith Apartments, a prominent addition to the Libbie Mill residential community. This five-story, 230K SF development features 349 apartments, an 11,800 SFretail center, and a 110K SF parking garage with capacity for 250 vehicles, creating a total footprint of 340K SF.

Project scope involved providing comprehensive structural design services, ensuring the seamless integration of residential, retail, and parking components, including the structural layout and coordination of the retail spaces and residential units to meet the project’s functional and aesthetic goals. We also designed and coordinated the multi-level parking garage, ensuring its structural integrity and compatibility with the overall development.
