This 250K SF warehouse features tilt-up construction with a complete design package for steel framing and tilt-up panel engineering. The shop drawings included detailed layouts for all panels, openings, reveals, embeds, and reinforcement. All drawings were delivered as part of the construction documents, eliminating delays for the tilt-up subcontractor's review process. The project included 90 panels with a gross area of 90,653 SF and a net area of 85,277 SF, utilizing 2,430 cubic yards of concrete with a reinforcing ratio of 3.67 psf, along with 17,516 linear feet of architectural reveals and 1,349 embedded items.
