Structura was excited to join forces with GTM Architects to conceive and construct Park Kennedy, two brand-new mixed-use, multi-family residential buildings in Southeast DC. The development is adjacent to the Stadium-Armory Metro, serving as the entrance to the forthcoming 68-acre Hill East district waterfront neighborhood. The buildings are four to seven stories, with below-grade parking and a rooftop amenity space. The development offers 262 luxury apartment units and over 16,000 SF retail space, including an outdoor seating plaza.
