Structura was proud to collaborate with Warehaus and Ernst Valery Investments on the design and construction of the Nelson Kohl apartment complex in Baltimore’s vibrant Station North neighborhood. This eight-story building was developed to integrate seamlessly with the area's rich art scene, offering over 100 residential units alongside unique amenities, including a gallery space, gymnasium, an eighth-floor community space, a residents’ library, and a rooftop deck. The complex also features a 10K SF green roof, contributing to sustainability goals.

Structura’s scope of work involved developing and implementing the structural systems for the 85K SF building, ensuring the safety, durability, and functionality of both the residential and community spaces. The team worked closely with the project’s architects and developers to address the specific needs of the building’s mixed-use program, delivering a robust structural design that supports the complex’s aesthetic and functional vision.
