Situated at Wilmer Park's entrance, sculptor David Hess was commissioned to design a two-part interactive sculpture to evoke nautical imagery of a wave and sail for installation, meant to simulate a rolling sea while framing views of the Chester River.

Structura was proud to collaborate on executing the proper structural framing needed to seamlessly hide these sculptures beneath the built-up dirt and grass, allowing children and adults to run up, climb over, slide down, and explore them safely.
