Structura served as the structural engineer of record for Accenture's new 100K SF office space at JBG Companies' 800 N Glebe Road building in Arlington, VA. This newly constructed office, designed with sustainability in mind, incorporates eco-efficient guidelines and USGBC LEED-Gold certified finishes. Structura's scope of work involved evaluating and ensuring the capacity of supports for operable partitions, floor penetrations, and heavy MEP systems equipment. The design was intended to accommodate over 4,000 DC-area employees, with up to 650 present at any given time, ensuring the space could support the company's dynamic and growing workforce.
