This striking building features unique deep-set, angled windows within brick frames, creating dramatic, layered façades that cast intriguing shadows. A blend of dark and light finish materials further breaks up the building’s large volume, enhancing its visual appeal.

The development includes double-height commercial spaces facing the ballpark, along with 291 residential apartments. Residents enjoy exclusive amenities, including a private roof deck with an infinity-edge pool and bleacher-style seating that offers unparalleled views of live games at Nationals Park.
