Structura was proud to collaborate with 28 Walker Development on the design and development of Hamburg Street Apartments in Baltimore's Sharp-Leadenhall neighborhood. The project entailed the demolition of an existing 8K SF one-story commercial building and the construction of a new five-story, multi-family residential building. The new 40K SF building provides 33 one-bedroom and studio apartments, along with at-grade parking. Structura’s team was responsible for developing a structural design that supported the efficient use of space, ensuring the building’s stability while integrating with the surrounding urban environment.
