Structura played a key role in transforming The Henry (formerly The Monarch), a former industrial site, into a dynamic mixed-use development just north of Old Town Alexandria. Situated near the Parker-Gray Historic District, the project features two distinct structures connected by a shared parking garage, designed to harmonize with the surrounding historic townhouses.
