Structura was proud to serve as the structural engineer of record for the freestanding site structures at Elijah's Park, located within the new Baltimore Peninsula development, nestled between Rye Street, Distillery Street, and Mission Boulevard. The park features a range of amenities, including playground equipment with slides, a jungle gym shaped like a blue crab, landscaping, and a plaza with benches and open green space for community enjoyment.

A focal point of the design was the unique canopies, which provide shade and create a tree-like environment amidst the urban landscape. Partnering with PI.KL Studio, Structura's expertise ensured the seamless integration of these distinctive structures, enhancing the park’s aesthetic and functionality while offering a welcoming space for visitors in this revitalized area.
