Structura was proud to provide design development and construction phase services for the office-to-residential conversion of a 22-story commercial building originally constructed in the late 1960s. The transformation created approximately 320 leasable units, along with a lobby, leasing office, and a range of residential amenities, including a rooftop terrace. Additionally, the project involved the rehabilitation of the existing 275-space underground garage.

Project scope was carried out in three phases, with the initial phase including consultation on new floor penetrations, feasibility studies for the removal and infill of an existing abandoned staircase, and the conversion of the main roof into a public terrace space. Subsequent phases included the preparation of design documents, detailed construction drawings, and construction administration through project completion.
