Founded in 2022, DLH General Contracting, LLC is a North Carolina-based firm that leverages 28 years of experience from retired Colonel Lee Hicks serving as Command Engineer for the US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), where his role focused on the development of USASOC’s facilities portfolio. This included managing the construction & operation of multiple base camps & forward operating bases (FOB), working closely with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Wilmington District while serving his country in both CONUS & OCONUS theaters & last stationed at Fort Liberty (formerly Fort Bragg).

Founded in 1988, Structura, Inc. is headquartered in the DC-metro area & provides comprehensive structural engineering services across the Mid-Atlantic & Southeast regions.
