Structura served as the structural engineer of record for the Hollywood Gateway Park Pavilion, a distinctive structure located in College Park, MD. The pavilion, which features a steel-framed structure, was designed to be both functional and visually striking, with an open roof that allows for unobstructed views of the surrounding park. Project scope involved designing the structural framework for both the on-grade lower level and the elevated upper level, ensuring the building’s stability on the sloped site. The design was carefully planned to provide accessibility from both levels, allowing visitors to move seamlessly between the lower and upper areas of the pavilion.
