Structura was thrilled to partner with MV+A Architects on delivering a beautiful new retail building in the heart of downtown Bethesda for Chase Bank. This multi-fold project included demolition of the existing office building and connected retail property at 4733 and 4735 Bethesda Avenue to allow for a total rebuild. Project scope included providing design development and construction support to produce an eye-catching 13K SF ground floor retail and restaurant space to compliment the impressive adjacent 242K SF office building.
