Structura was pleased to collaborate with MV+A Architects and Morris Adimi Architects on the redevelopment of a prominent retail space in downtown Bethesda for Chase Bank. This project involved the complete demolition of the existing office building and adjacent retail property at 4733 and 4735 Bethesda Avenue to make way for a modern, eye-catching new structure.

As the structural engineer of record, project scope encompassed providing design development and construction support for the creation of a 13K SF ground-floor retail and restaurant space. The new retail space was carefully designed to complement the 242K SF office building next door, ensuring a cohesive and dynamic development that enhances the vibrancy of downtown Bethesda.
